You can keep the messages email to you as long as you like. The Voxbox online storage will keep at least the current month as well as the two previous months messages.

There is no specific limit on the number of messages that can be left for you. However, the total duration of messages that can be left is limited by your monthly quota (usually 200 minutes).

No. There is a default greeting message asking the caller to leave a message.

The easiest way is to ring your Voxbox number and then to record your own greeting message after the tone. This message will be then be emailed to you as an MP3 attachment. You can then save this message and upload it as a greeting message by logging into your Voxbox Admin area.

You can add SMS notifications by logging into your 'My Account' area, clicking on your voicemail subscription, then clicking on 'Add' under the destination section. Select SMS notification from the dropdown and add your mobile number. SMS Notifications are charged at 20c per SMS.

Yes, you get your own dedicated unique number that is just the same as a normal landline number. You can advertise and use this number directly; call forward or divert and existing landline or mobile number to your Voxbox number; or have a 1300 / 1800 or 131 number directed to it.

This varies depending on which Telco provides your landline and how you want it diverted (i.e. call forward/divert all; no answer; on busy or based on time of day). But when we receive the call our system will answer it , play the greeting message and then forward the message to your designated email address.
